Namaste ( meaning “I bow (reverently) to you)

Yoga Vault Online has come about from a genuine interest in yoga.

I have established a profound understanding that I am just a learner as I continue to make my  way through this incredible journey of life. We are all still kids at heart and live life to its fullest how many summers do you have left lets help make them good ones.

The chain of events that occurred which brought the discipline of yoga in to my awareness and exposed me to the many great benefits that it can offer to each and every one of us. From there the was no turning back; I am united  on a path, which involves continually looking to be the best we can possibly be.

This path now involves sharing the knowledge of the remarkable transformation that yoga has made and is continuing to make in our own lives. I want to share with the world of how you can use this valuable information & use it to your self to make your life a whole lot better. I believe that every one should have the opportunity to have the information on this website at there finger tips.  Each of us will spend many years on thier own searching through the myriad of information and misinformation that exists about the many different exercise programs. None have even been close to offering the total mental physical and spiritual benefits that yoga has to offer.

We are all yoga teachers and students ? Nope I don’t make any claims to be guru (we all are any way!) of any sort and can only teach you what I have learnt and continue to learn every day. Remember there is no substitute for a good teacher.

With the place in which we live, we were not blessed with a good yoga teacher in our town, so I have done a lot of learning from books and video tapes hence I know what it is like to have to work at learning yoga yourself. I have made a lot of mistakes as I developed my own practice so with yoga online I will continue to put together a resource I  would have liked, as we journey into the unknown world of yoga. It will help you avoid the many pitfalls that I have encountered.    So visit often as I continue on the path. There is no substitute for a good yoga teacher so visit my directory to find a teacher near you and go to their class, as you will be surprised how much you can learn in even one session. If you don’t like one teacher our advise is to visit another until you find someone you gel with.

I will continue to research and visit teachers so I can bring to you the most comprehensive resource possible to aid you in your own journey into well-being and being at peace with yourself.

Always remember a part of what Yoga is about is looking at and being aware of where you are at now accepting it with out judgment, as that is currently what is, so that is what you must work with.  It is not about comparison with the person next to you, it is about firstly seeking to understand how your own body is working by taking the awareness inwards and spending some time with your self looking further, in to the human experience. Join up for our Yoga Health Newsletter below and join me on the journey.

I wish you all the best with your practice.

Namaste
